The purpose of the present Privacy Policy and the included Statement of Personal Data Protection is to inform you about the type of personal data stored by P. We only collect personal data deemed necessary, required and appropriate to achieve our purposes, when you provide this data during your communication with us.

Contact history: We use your contact history to offer client service and support.

IP address: We obtain your IP address when you visit our website (www.daraklis.gr) and we use this information to improve and protect our website.

 

2. Consent to data using and processing

​Your personal data is legally processed by our company, both during collection and storage, in accordance with the standing provisions regarding personal data protection and specifically, the provisions of Law 2472/1997 (including the directive 95/46/ΕP) and Law 3471/2006, as they are in effect as well as the new European General Data Protection Regulation (ΕΕ) 2016/679.

By contacting us, you consent to collection, storage and use of your personal data, according to the present Statement.

Your personal data is important and shall not be in any way taken advantage of or distributed to third parties without your consent, except to authorized persons (associates, suppliers etc.), who are required to have access to said data for serving the company’s operational needs and our services to you.

With your consent, you may be receiving newsletters with content relevant to our company’s purposes.

5. Personal data storage and safety

The duration of retention depends on the type of collected information. The information deemed necessary (name, surname, email etc.) is retained throughout the duration of your communication with us.

The company reserves the right to retain your personal data in the event the company becomes legally liable or in the event of exercising its legal claims or fulfillment of its contractual obligations.
